The current FP7 Research for the benefit of SMEs programme from the European Commission that supports outsourcing of research by SMEs to specialized RTD performers (Universities, research centers, research performing companies) will officially end in 2013 with the last calls for proposals expected to be published beginning of July 2012.
In this kind of project the relationship between participating SMEs or SMEs associations and RTD performers will be a simple customer-seller one. RTD performers agree to undertake research on behalf of an international consortium of SMEs or SME associations, and will be remunerated for their services with a significant portion of the costs funded by the EU (up to 100%).
In order to help you prepare a successful FP7 Research for the benefit of SMEs project, the National Contact Points of the Brussels Capital Region invite you to a seminar on 6th of September at the Brussels Enterprise Agency.
High-level speakers with a long experience in Research for the benefit of SMEs programme will provide you with a maximum of value-added information and exchange of good practices.
