"Successful R&D in Europe" to find FP7 partners

We strongly advise you to register to « Successful R&D in Europe », a networking event dedicated to EU R&D and Innovation, an Enterprise Europe Network event on 8th and 9th of March 2012 in Düsseldorf.

An event to meet, team-up and develop FP7 project ideas

"Successful R&D in Europe” is the 4th edition of a successful networking event dedicated to EU funding for R&D and Innovation such as FP7 (7th Framework Programme). It targets R&D topics under the following FP7 thematic: ICT, Life Science, Energy and NMP. 

To give you an idea on the size: last year, 300 persons from 24 countries participated in the event !

The event is thus a great opportunity for researchers and SMEs from different countries to meet, team-up and develop a collaborative research project.

The event is a forum to build-up the right FP7 consortium. It takes place about 3 months before the official publication of next FP7 calls, so it is the perfect timing to find the relevant partners for your project idea or to find the consortium that needs your expertise.

Concretely, best practices and success stories will be presented, thus participants will benefit from the advices of experienced FP7 participants. Then several thematic sessions of pitch presentations are organized, whereby researchers and companies present their project idea and the type of partners they seek. The pitch sessions are followed by networking breaks to allow participants to get together and discuss R&D and innovation partnerships.

How to participate ?

The event will take place in the premise of the Düsseldorf international airport, on the 8th and 9th of March 2012. We highly advise you to register now as last year registrations had to be stopped earlier due to high-demand.

If you want to present your project idea, the call for pitch presentations is open until 17 February 2012. You can check here how to proceed. Please note that you will have to register anyway for he event as a participant.

Conference fee is 55 € (40 € for one day) per person including VAT.
The participation is free for speakers proposing projects in the pitch sessions.
