The Nigerian – Belgian Chamber of Commerce and Enterprise Europe Network Nigeria partner, in collaboration with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and Aldelia, a global manpower company, would like to invite you to an information session to present the MATCH project.
MATCH is a 36‑month initiative funded by the European Union (EU) aimed at providing highly skilled talents to private sector companies whose needs for qualified staff cannot be satisfied by the offer available on the EU labour market. Companies from Belgium, Italy, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg will benefit from MATCH’s assistance in locating and hiring African talent from Senegal and Nigeria, two countries with a surplus of trained professionals. Furthermore, the project will also facilitate the recruitment of a limited share of Nigerian and Senegalese talents already residing in the EU. Thanks to its partners on the field, MATCH can facilitate the collaboration between companies and their talents while travel restrictions are in place via a set of tailored remote working options. No need to wait to start working with your newly recruited staff.
