The European Commission has recently launched the India IP SME Helpdesk, a new initiative supporting SMEs from the EU and COSME associated countries to both protect and enforce their Intellectual Property (IP) rights in or relating to India.

The helpdesk provides jargon-free, first-line, confidential advice on IP and related issues, as well as training, online tools and resources – all offered free of charge. For more information please visit the website.

In addition, the India IP SME Helpdesk brings extra benefits to Enterprise Europe Network members. By joining its Collaborator Programme, we will be able to offer to Brussels companies training sessions on different IP aspects (trademark, copyright, patent, design) tailored to their needs and to the business sector in which they operate. SMEs will be supported by the Helpdesk experts, who have long- term experience in IP issues related to the Indian market.

Should you have any questions or interest for a training session, please do not hesitate to let us know. Contact: Enterprise Europe Network Brussels.
