In General

A few months ago, BECI in the framework of Enterprise Europe Network, disseminated a SME Panel consultation and SME testings on eTranslation and language technologies.

Over 2,800 SMEs took part in the consultation. The report of the consultation is published. The vast majority of those participating in that consultation and/or the linked pilot testing greatly appreciated the offer of direct access to eTranslation, which they perceived as bringing Europe closer to them.

These  excellent results have ultimately allowed the Commission to open up eTranslation to all European SMEs in late March 2020.

eTranslation, provided by the European Commission, is a state-of-the-art online machine translation service. The eTranslation service is free of charge and will help you save time and money to translate your documents and text between any two official EU languages, and more! eTranslation guarantees the confidentiality and security of all your translated data.
