Last May, the EU presented the REPowerEU plan which sets out a series of measures to rapidly reduce dependence on Russian fossil fuels and fast forward the green transition, while increasing the resilience of the EU-wide energy system.
Within this context, the European Commission, DG GROW organises the EU Clusters Talk “Renewable Energies: How to accelerate technology uptake?” to discuss challenges and opportunities for the uptake of transformational technologies in the different renewable energy sectors.
These technologies can relate to wind power, photovoltaics, electricity grids, geothermal energy, and other energy sources and equipment.
The objective of this Talk is to understand what is needed to accelerate the implementation of the REPowerEU plan and how clusters can support the transition.
