The Tech4SmartCities 9th on-site (only) edition is hosted back to back with the GreenTech Forum Brussels.

This brokerage event organized by Enterprise Europe Brussels focusses on sustainable, smart and digital technologies for cities. It looks for solutions that reduce environmental impacts of the digitization and improve the quality of urban ecosystems.

Participation is free of charge and dedicated to private companies (including SMEs and large companies), as well as public authorities and municipalities, university and research centers, industry and associations. Stakeholders willing to develop innovative, sustainable, smart, green and digital technologies and/or research projects are invited to join the event. Especially green tech companies working on technologies to deploy solutions for Green IT and IT for Green are targetted.

Main topics covered by the matchmaking event:

  1. • ICT for cities, smart cities and communities
  2. • Smart mobility and logistics, MaaS
  3. • Energy-efficiency of buildings and districts
  4. • Renewable energies, energy management and recovery,

During the lunch break NCP Brussels ,in cooperation with the GREENET project, hosts a workshop on European Research and Innovation opportunities under the Horizon Europe Programme.

Participants to the Tech4SmartCities Brokerage event are also welcome to join the GreenTech Forum Brussels organized on 18 and 19 June in the same premises. The GreenTech Forum Brussels offers a divers program of conferences, workshops and an exhibition and networking area, addressing topics concerned by technology and sustainability within private and public organizations. Tech4SmartCities participants will benefit from a reduced tarrif.
