In General

The European Commission is launching a consultation on B2B data sharing, and in particular on data linked to internet of things (#IoT).  A wider availability of data could be beneficial for SME’s that typically have insufficient means to collect data themselves. At the same time, the advent of smart devices connected to internet (Internet of Things – #IoT) poses new challenges for commercial confidentiality, competition and fair value attribution.

Communicate your views, expectations and needs to the Commission in relation to B2B data sharing by answering to this consultation. The following document has to be filled, scanned and sent to jpm@beci.be before 14th January 2019.
